We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fees

• All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, plus any applicable credit card processing fees.

• Foresight products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable credit card processing fees.

Return Process

1. Contact us to request a return authorization before sending any items back.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and credit card fees.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built, special-order, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

• Software, downloadable products, and opened consumables are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
