I have made/edited profiles, but as soon as the software is closed, all changes are lost... I can't find a way to manually save these, and the "get help" link on the Roxor software itself is broken. All of the functionality for toggle choices and recorded mouse movements are great, but too time consuming to set up a new profile every time I want to use something other than the three default presets. I should also mention that each time I change one of the default profiles, that is also reset when the software is started up the next time...
